Shipping Days

The Vegan Goddess ships orders Monday through Wednesday ONLY. Orders placed after Wednesday will ship the following Monday. This policy exists to ensure your products arrive fresh and safely chilled.

Shipping Zones

We currently ship to the continental United States only within two zones:

∙ Zone 1 (Southeast): NC, SC, VA, GA, TN, WV, MD, DE, FL

∙ Zone 2 (Mid-Atlantic & Midwest): NY, NJ, PA, OH, KY, AL, MS, LA, AR, MO, IN, MI

Shipping Rates

Rates are calculated based on order weight at checkout.

Packaging

All orders are shipped in insulated boxes with ice packs to maintain freshness during transit.

Carrier Delays

The Vegan Goddess is not responsible for delays caused by UPS or any carrier outside of our shipping window.
